Our TruBureau service offers an uncompromised level of tachograph analysis. We pride ourselves on delivering a reliable and customised service to meet the demands of our customers, offering a range of reports to suit their needs.

With recent legislative changes, drivers are required to hold on to their tachograph charts for longer periods of time. Consequently this has significantly increased the need for more effective and timely analysis results, especially for mixed fleet environments of digital and analogue.

Our new, entry level, TruBureau service is a comprehensive all inclusive package. It offers postal analysis customers (with less than 10 to 15 drivers) a low cost solution for sending analogue charts and digital tachograph data for analysis, with guaranteed results available via our Web Reporting tool within 72 hours - as opposed to a five day plus turnaround for postal services.

Package components:

• Panasonic 1025 scanner.
• TruControl Scan and Read Only together with Driver Control Sheet for duty scheduling and entering of non-driving duties for Hours Law and WTD (RTD) reporting.

Function:

• Scan / Read tachographs, complete Driver Control Sheet data for full RTD reporting and transmit to TruTac.
• TruTac produces electronic reports (limited to six) as per existing postal suite.
• Reports available for viewing, downloading and printing from the Web Reporting capability.

Cost:

• £650 for the first year for scanner and software (a three year leasing option is also available).
• Chart analysis £0.34 pence per chart, Digital £1 per driver week.
• Chart turnaround < 72 Hours from receipt of charts.

Additional elements offered: Installation and Operator Training £250, plus £150 for Digital Reader and VU download kits if digital is required.

Upgrade Options:

• Second year cost £250 - software licence fee only.
• Web Reporting Module - £45 per month per additional user (if required).
• Solution upgrade to TruControl Lite offering extended local reporting capabilities.
