TruTac Support Support Team contact details Phone: +44(0)24 7685 7890 Email: support@trutac.co.uk The support team are available from 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.00pm on Fridays. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded. However, incidents encountered out of normal office hours will be answered by our automated calling facility which will be checked the next working day. We do provide Service Level Agreements to provide peace of mind in relation to turnaround and support levels. Out of hours support by email and phone can be provided at an extra charge and is negotiated on a contract by contract basis. The help desk will enable the fast and correct resolution of any issues reported. Using our CRM system we aim to answer and resolve most queries within 1 working day. All outstanding problems, queries and requests will be prioritised and resolved in an expeditious manner. Our experienced and professional training department – TruTraining, offers a comprehensive range of courses to assist fleet managers and depot operators understand your company’s obligations. Training can be on or off site, on a group or individual basis. These courses can be tailored to your needs and cover all aspects of our software, hardware, domestic legislation, EU regulations and compliance. Courses can be driver or manager related, covering company and driver legal requirements for hour’s law, EU and Domestic regulations, completing, filing and storing tachograph charts or graduated penalties. The TruTac Fuel & Emissions Consultancy service links into our TRM suite of products and helps to provide clear fuel monitoring, usage and emissions calculations (forecast versus actual). This consultancy service can be used in conjunction with the Fuel and Emissions System to notify users when and where fuel consumption or vehicle emission levels exceed set levels. The Consultancy service enables companies to cut fuel usage by up to 20%.
