TAS -Time and Attendance System 

TAS has many unique features which reduce or replace manual entry. These include:

• Automatic lead-in/lead-out calculations
• Complete Working Time Directive control
• Document capture, storage and retrieval
• Graphically enhanced reporting facilities

The TRM Time and Attendance System (TAS) captures clock-in and clock-out times using digital driver cards. TAS uses inexpensive digital card readers to capture data and immediately provide management information and visibility of staff arrival, departure and availability.

More than a clocking in system, TAS automates a wide range of labour intensive administration tasks while providing valuable workforce and compliance management information.

VTS – Vehicle Telematics System

TruTac’s Vehicle Telematics System (VTS), is a powerful module in TruTac’s TRM solutions suite. VTS capabilities are centred on the capture of key vehicle and driver performance data drawn from the vehicle CAN bus using an on-board or retrofitted “black box” with extensive back-office capability. 

VTS is not just vehicle tracking, it utilises intelligent vehicle based technology, which dynamically connects the vehicle with the office for transmission of key performance measures and information.

Exception based reporting identifies ineffective drivers or vehicles and highlights cost saving areas. VTS takes account of target levels for fuel usage and cost, highlighting exceptions and trends through simple visual displays and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).  

VTS is a manufacturer and model independent solution, which can be used in any transport environment and is fully configurable to client requirements and operating styles.

The Fuel and Emissions Management System (FES), is a powerful module in TruTac’s Transport Resource Management (TRM) complete suite of solutions.

FES imports details of fuel transactions and provides analysis of consumption by driver,  vehicle or depot. As well as giving control over fuel, FES monitors emissions, enabling  companies to put in place measures to reduce or off-set their emissions output. 

Exception based reporting identifies ineffective drivers or vehicles and highlights cost saving areas. FES takes account of target levels for fuel usage and cost, highlighting exceptions and trends.

When combined with the Fuel and Emissions Consultancy Service, this unique system will provide fuel savings of at least 5% and up to 30%.
