TruControl is the standard for effective 'real-time' driver and vehicle compliance management and performance reporting.

Our TruControl software is a flexible, modular solution. It captures tachograph data, at end of duty, either by scanning the chart or downloading the digital driver or vehicle data at the depot. This information is then encrypted and securely transferred to our offices, with the resultant analysis provided to the depot management within 48 hours for analogue and instantly for digital data.

Analogue Tachographs
TruControl's unique scanning technology enables a daily analysis of tachograph charts dramatically reducing time to debrief from 27 days to less than 48 hours with the associated increase in efficient compliance management. Tachograph charts are quickly and accurately analysed. With double entry verification, data validation and assessment; TruControl provides advanced reporting of hour's law and working time directive, thus helping you to avoid major offences and reduce the risk of ministry penalties.

Digital Tachographs
TruControl is 100% digital compliant. Once the user has downloaded the data from the driver's card - this analysis can be reviewed instantly. If operating in a mixed fleet environment, it will be merged automatically with the analogue data and the resultant analysis is received within 48 hours.
