The purpose of the Help Desk
is to provide Customers and TruTac Ltd Personnel with a timely response
to technical and application questions concerning the implementation,
installation and the day-to-day use of our products.
The help desk will enable the fast and correct resolution of any issues
reported. Using our CRM system we plan to answer and resolve most queries
within 1 working day. All outstanding problems, queries and requests
will be prioritised and resolved in an expeditious manner.
The Help Desk will use the Internet and company website to enable a
24/7 service with extra phone support during normal working hours. It
is open during the core hours of 8.30am - 5.30pm and provides the first
point of contact to our customers.
Core hours exclude bank holidays. Incidents encountered off-hours will
be answered by our automated calling facility that will be checked the
next working day, this facility will also cover breaks and lunches.
