Tightening Control of Costs for Agency Drivers

TruTac announces its first add-on module to TruControl for tracking costs of agency drivers

20th October 2005 - TruTac, the market leader of comprehensive driver and vehicle compliance management solutions for mixed fleet operators, today releases TruControl Agency Costing Module for tracking costs of agency drivers.

As part of TruTac's product investment programme, TruControl Agency Costing module has been specifically designed for keeping track of costs in a multi-agency driver environment. It works with both Full and Lite versions of TruControl, to provide the ability to monitor the costs attributed to using agency drivers on a daily basis.

An extension to the Chart Analysis feature of TruControl, this unique module combines driver duty times with pre-defined driver pay structures, calculates agency driver costs and generates detailed agency and driver reports to allow users to maintain a tighter control on expenditure.

The TruControl operator can input the variable rates against each agency be it: fixed rates, day / night rate with no overtime or day / night rate with overtime."
