TruTac introduces its infringement debrief module for tracking and
Coventry 29th June 2006 - TruTac, the market leader of comprehensive Transport Resource Management (TRM) solutions for digital and analogue tachograph fleets, launches its new TruControl module Infringement Debrief – the standard for auditable driver infringement management. TruControl the only tachograph analysis solution available today for both digital and analogue merged data within 48hrs, has a suite of modules to complement its core capabilities. “This module can significantly improve the management of the driver infringement process.” says Chris Telfer, sales and marketing director at TruTac. “Consistently offending drivers can now be better managed in a more timely fashion than ever before.” TruControl Infringement Debrief has been specifically designed to help managers track and audit bad practices of consistently offending drivers and record praise for good performance. With its exception reporting feature it alerts managers when certain threshold levels (customer set) are breached. The disciplinary process is customer configurable with the option to set actions for each stage within a sequence of stages. The number of stages can vary. The default sequence has seven levels ranging from no action to dismissal. “This unique tool is already a hit with our customers. The real tangible benefit is the reduction in time spent in consultation and management of disciplinary procedures. Our customers value the improvements to driver behaviour that this online audit trail provides.” adds Telfer. In a compatible MS-Word style format pre-configured debrief form allows managers to record all the details of the infringement debrief, with duty details already included from the TruControl database of stored driver information. In addition, managers can view and/or print all previously completed forms for selected drivers. “The three specifically designed reports provide managers with a comprehensive view of driver performance – thus profiling history of debriefs for a selected driver, all debrief events for all drivers and specific events for all drivers over a selected date period.” concludes Telfer.
