1.1. Site Infringement
History Report
This
report lists the principle activities for one or more sites
by week. This tabular report clearly lists the trends in Infringements
by type, for all drivers for the date range selected.

1.2. Site Infringement
Summary
This
report compares all the Infringement types for all the selected
sites. If the sites have 'Infringement Points' then the sites
will be in descending order according to the average ' Infringement
Points’ per chart. Infringement types include Hours Law,
speeding and Operational use.

1.3. Site KPI
Compares
drivers to specific criteria, i.e. drivers who have worked 48hrs
in one week, but have taken breaks longer than 45min and driven
at over 56kph.
The KPI report contains the following sub-reports:
- Drivers Who Exceeded duty time > hh:mm
- Drivers Who Exceed breaks away from base > hh:mm
- Drivers Who Exceeded Lead-in Time > hh:mm
- Drivers Who Exceeded Lead-Out Time > hh:mm

Submitted - Graphs & Tables
This Excel graph displays for each site selected all charts
submitted for each period, according to the 'Period Date Table'.
This is a simple graph to monitor trends in charts processed.Move to top
1.14. Weekly Site Summary Report
This report selected for a fixed week, gives the overall performance
of the site for all the drivers in the group under review. Items
such as daily Lead-in and Lead-out times, Drive, other work
and Break times, together with Vehicle registration and km's
driven are listed for the selected period. Move to top
2. Driver Reports
2.1 Chart Record Report
This report identifies the drivers, listed alphabetically, whose
charts have been processed during the calendar month selected.

2.2 Driver Duty Analysis
Produces a break down of the drivers' duty
in the form of a bar chart.

2.3 Drivers Hours Compensation Record
A spreadsheet detailing the amount of rest
taken and compensations required.

2.4 Driver Infringement History Report
Shows the amount of infringements of the drivers
as a group. This report displays the information as weeks during the
selected period.

2.5 Drivers Infringement Hours Law Report
A report showing only the infringements for each driver,
but with the option to view the corresponding charts data.

2.6 Drivers Infringement Summary Report
Displays a summary of infringements listed by Drivers in
alphabetical order, or points accrued.

2.7 Driver Productivity Bar Chart report
for Working Time Directive
This report illustrates for each driver the daily duty
by activity in the form of a bar chart.

2.8 Driver Summary Report
This report details total duties, duration of each activity,
distances travelled and averages per duty for each driver used in the Report Date Range.
This report can be:
- Ordered by Driver Name
- Ordered by Km per duty
- Ordered by Speed

2.9 Missing EDR/SDR Report
This report identifies those drivers, listed alphabetically,
who have NOT entered one or both times correctly during the Report Date Range selected

2.10 Period Tachograph Report
These reports detail each driver’s activity and
Infringements during the Report Date Range. This is the report the driver and
supervisor use to review and sign-off recognition of infringements following discussion.
The client can choose to filter the reports printed by altering the default, or last
used selection.
This report requires additional parameters (a box will appear) you can select which
drivers to include in your reports.

2.11 Tachograph Errors Report-Driver Influenced-Technical
Displays errors on charts that the driver has caused.

3. Category Report Descriptions
3.1 Drivers KPI Reports
Compares drivers to specific criteria, i.e., drivers who have

4. Vehicle Reports
4.1 Odometer Disparity Report
This report lists only the missing mileage within the Report Date range.
The duty either side of the missing mileage is listed for easier tracing. The vehicles are listed in
numerical order and only data within the Report Date Range is shown.

4.2 Period Tachograph Errors Report - Non Driver Influenced
This most useful report, for the garage, lists the vehicles that have had
Tachograph malfunctions during the Report Date Range. It can also be used as a check that vehicles have
been defected for these faults.

4.3 Vehicle Duty Analysis (Monthly/Daily) Report
This report displays the duty period, as per the 'Activity Trace' on the
Tachograph, for each vehicle selected, commencing duties for the Report Date Range. The report lists
each vehicle each day in the range selected. Each activity follows the color format of TruControl,
Blue = Driving, Yellow = Other work, Red = Breaks.
If only one vehicle is in the Selected Items box, then the report displays the
activity for the month selected. If more than one vehicle is selected then only one day is selected.
The report has a criteria selection such as numerical order, order leaving
yard or order of vehicle used.

4.4 Vehicle Mileage Report
This report lists the last vehicle odometer recording for all the vehicles
used within the last fixed week, and kilometers driven. This is most useful when comparing Tachograph
mileage to the fuel drawn, as the distance traveled within the Report Date Range is also calculated.

4.5 Vehicle Report
This report lists each occurrence a vehicle has a corresponding chart.
Any missing mileage is identified. All duties during each day are totaled, together with such items as
average speed. The reports are in Vehicle order and only data within the Report date Range is shown.

4.6 Vehicle Usage Pivotal Tables
These tables provide an alternative method of accessing data relating to
vehicles and drivers. As these are already in Excel then the information is easily exportable to other
files. The tables are in accordance to the Report Date Range selected.

4.7 Vehicle Utilization Activity Bar Report
Bar graph displaying the amount of time your vehicle is in use.

4.8 Vehicle Weekly Usage Graph Report
This Report illustrates by each hour for the week under review, the number of
vehicles in use. It is a vivid indication of periods of time when vehicles are not used.

5. Wages Reports
5.1 Weekly Group Summary
This report summarises each activity for all the drivers. This is a most useful
report for site operational costs. Totals include, Duty time, individual activity times, 'lead-in/out'
times, etc. The totals are according to the Report Date Range. This report could also be used to check
such items as Agency invoices.

5.2 Weekly Productivity
These reports, one for each driver, lists their activities for each day, but
ALSO tables each period of non-driving above a client set time, to re-create drop times. Each stop greater
than the time set is listed for each day, including time commenced and duration. Also identified are the
lead-in and lead-out times

5.3 Wages by Driver
This most useful management report details totals of cost sensitive issues,
such as duty times, duration of each activity, driving time as a percentage of duty time, average speeds
and Lead-in/out times spent in the yard. The period is according to the Report Date Range.
