TruControl Agency Costing module is the first add-on application to be commercially released in October 2005. Specifically designed to keep track of costs in a multi-agency environment, it works with both Full and Lite versions of TruControl. This module, an extension to the Chart Analysis programme in TruControl is unique, providing the ability to monitor the costs attributed to using agency drivers on a daily basis.
TruControl Infringement Debrief
TruControl Infringement Debrief module for tracking and auditing bad practices of consistently offending drivers was released March 2006. This solution is designed for managing the driver infringement process, in conjunction with TruControl Full and TruControl Lite – this module alerts managers to those drivers that require urgent consultation and management of disciplinary procedures. TruControl Web Reporting released April 2006 is the solution that supports those managers who require instant access to management information, on fleet compliance performance, from any device with access to the internet. This unique module provides a manager friendly environment for reviewing the performance of their fleets; and in a multi-fleet situation access can be granted to colleagues who may want to review subsets of the group information.
