TruTac, the tachograph and software experts are celebrating their 20th anniversary in May. Epsom Coaches were TruTac’s very first customer 20 years ago and they remain a customer today. As part of their birthday celebrations, TruTac’s MD Terry Ramsey along with Peter Hallam, Training and Consultancy Manager visited Epsom Coaches to thank them for their continued support.

Terry presented Steve Whiteway, Epsom Coaches MD and John Fowler, Coach Services Manager with a cake and champagne to thank them for their loyalty over the last two decades.
Steve has been with Epsom Coaches for over 34 years and made the original decision to sign with TruTac. Additionally, Peter Hallam has been with TruTac since the company started and conducted Epsom’s first training session.

Steve states “We are proud of our 20 year association with TruTac. Their company ethos and values mirror ours. They listen and work with us to deliver the compliance services we need, when we need them.” Steve continues “not only is their software easy to use but they don’t use technical jargon and always provide excellent support.”
Clearly that is why Epsom have chosen to use TruTac’s services for so many years and this long association is something both companies are equally proud of. Terry states “Epsom Coaches and ourselves share many of the same core values, as well as being leaders in our respective industries, we both pride ourselves on excellent customer service.”

Epsom Coaches selected TruTac 20 years ago after realising they needed the highest levels of compliance and analysis. However, they remained with TruTac because of the ease of use, quality of reporting and high service levels.
